Returns Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely happy, you’re welcome to return your item for a store credit.

For store credit:
• Submit your return via our returns portal within 30 days of order fulfillment.
• Store credits are valid for 12 months.

Return Conditions:
• Items must be in original condition — unworn, unwashed, with tags attached.
• Must be free from stains, scents, marks, makeup, and pet hair.
• Returns that don’t meet these conditions may be declined.
• Return postage is the customer's responsibility. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Summer Reign The Label is not liable for any parcels lost or damaged in transit.

Please note: Our returns policy may vary during promotional periods.

Faulty Items

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us via email. If approved, we will replace it with the same item. If the item is out of stock, we will offer you a refund.

Please note that loose or excess threads are not considered faults as these are often natural results of the manufacturing process. 

Items damaged due to incorrect care (e.g. hot washes, dryers, sun damage, chemical staining, etc.) may not be eligible for refund or replacement. Always follow the care instructions provided on the tag and our website.
